Annie wants to make little cushions, we’ve had this kit for months now, so far we’ve cut 4 squares of fabric into triangles and sewn one side of two triangles together. Annie is doing the hand sewing which is difficult when you have super bendy joints so I’m not pushing her, we do it at her pace and interest level.

Annie is very keen to make a quilt cushion and a little quilt blanket for her dolls so I’m sure it will get done even if it takes us all year
This “My First Sewing Set” has been much easier for both girls and was only $2.

Heidi made the heart purse and Annie made the pencil case. They were both very proud of their work

I’m thrilled with these op shop finds which are not only super cheap but provide my girls with hours of craft fun and the satisfaction of an end product they made themselves
